we realize that employees such as you who efficiently utilize their time
and talents to produce quality products are our most valuable resource.
You are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment. If you
waive coverage, you will not be able to sign up for the benefits until
the subsequent open enrollment period, which occurs May of every year.
This waiting period will be waived if there is a "qualifying event"
meaning you had coverage through a spouse, and coverage was lost due to
change in employment or marital status.
Listed below is a check-list of forms that need to be returned to us
prior to your start with

or on
your first day of work.
You can download healthcare claim forms, enrollment forms and
direct-deposit forms and view the details of all your benefits online by
clicking the "Benefits" link on our Web site. This Section of our site
will resolve most of your questions about benefits and will provide you
everything you need to enroll, file a claim or report changes in your
status 24/7.
If there is a specific benefit that you would like to discuss in detail,
